Services Offered

LUXURY WEDDING SICILY by AGNES EDITH specializes in curating extraordinary, highly personalized luxury events. Our core service portfolio includes:

• Wedding Planning: Comprehensive end-to-end management, timeline creation, entertainment lineup orchestration, logistics management, and seamless execution on the wedding day.
• Wedding Design: Conceptualization of bespoke aesthetics, spatial design, floral direction, custom stationery styling, and immersive atmosphere creation.
• Event Coordination: Professional supervision and on-site direction during the wedding day to ensure flawless execution (“On-the-Day Coordination”).
• Vendor Search and Core Network Management: Curation and management of elite third-party suppliers selected exclusively from our approved, pre-vetted network of trusted professionals.
• Personalized Consulting: Tailored advisory sessions addressing specific aspects of event production, budgeting, etiquette, or styling.
• Related & Milestone Events: Planning and design for pre- and post-wedding celebrations (rehearsal dinners, welcome cocktails, farewell brunches) as well as private celebrations, birthday parties, and anniversary events.

Inquiry and Estimates

• Non-Binding Nature of Inquiries: Submitting an online form, sending an email, or engaging in initial discovery calls does not constitute a formal service contract. All preliminary discussions are non-binding for both parties.
• Proprietary Advice, Venue Selection & Consultations: Preliminary inquiries and complimentary initial calls serve solely to evaluate mutual suitability and scope. The Company does not offer free consultations, complimentary advice, or free venue proposals regarding villa or venue options, logistical planning, design concepts, or specific vendor recommendations. Furthermore, the Company does not sell, lease, or broker villas or wedding venues. Access to venue curations, customized event logistics, and recommended vendor selections requires a formal paid advisory session or a signed Service Agreement.
• Validity of Estimates: Following an initial discovery session, the Company will issue a customized proposal and cost estimate. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, estimates remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance, subject to vendor availability and seasonal rate adjustments.
• Service Availability: Dates and service slots are allocated on a strictly first-come, first-served basis and are secured only upon formal contract execution and receipt of the initial deposit.

Confirmation of Engagement

• Contract Execution: The professional relationship becomes legally binding only upon the signing of a dedicated, bespoke Service Agreement by both the Client and an authorized representative of LUXURY WEDDING SICILY by AGNES EDITH, alongside the fulfillment of the initial financial requirement.
• Deposit and Confirmation: Engagement requires the payment of a non-refundable initial retainer (deposit) as specified in the individual contract. Until this deposit is cleared, LUXURY WEDDING SICILY by AGNES EDITH reserves the right to accept bookings from other clients for the requested date.
• Mutual Obligations & Exclusivity of Sourcing: Upon confirmation, the Company commits to deploying its creative and organizational expertise to deliver the agreed services. The Client commits to providing timely feedback, necessary personal information, and cooperation throughout the planning journey. The Client agrees to rely on the Company’s professional curation and approved vendor network, refraining from independent (“DIY”) vendor research, booking unvetted third-party suppliers via online search or social media platforms, or engaging vendors directly without prior written consent from the Company.

Fees, Independent Capacity, and Payments

• Flat-Fee Structure based on Dedicated Time: Fees for our planning and design services are structured strictly as a flat fee based upon the dedicated time, expertise, and management required for the event. Service fees are not calculated as a percentage of vendor costs or total client budget, ensuring complete neutrality and transparency.
• Independent Practice (No Venue Sales, Brokerage, or Commissions): LUXURY WEDDING SICILY by AGNES EDITH operates strictly as an independent professional event planning practice. We do not act as a broker, real estate agent, venue representative, or agent-for-commission for third-party suppliers, villas, or venues. We do not sell or lease venues, nor do we accept finder’s fees, markups, or hidden commissions from suppliers. Our sole financial compensation comes directly from the client via our agreed professional fee, ensuring our recommendations are always 100% aligned with the client’s best interests.
• Payment Schedules: Payments are generally structured in phased installments (e.g., initial retainer, milestone payments, and final balance) linked to key project stages leading up to the event date.
• Consequences of Late Payment: Timely payment is critical to the uninterrupted production of the event. In the event of delayed payments, the Company reserves the right to suspend services, halt supplier negotiations, and charge statutory interest on overdue amounts. LUXURY WEDDING SICILY by AGNES EDITH shall not be held liable for any disruptions, cancellations, or increased costs resulting from the Client’s failure to meet agreed payment deadlines.

Service Modifications

• Client-Requested Changes: We understand that visions evolve. Clients may request modifications to the scope of services, design elements, or guest counts. All requests must be submitted in writing.
• Additional Costs: Any modifications resulting in increased workload, elevated production expenses, or premium rush-ordering will be reflected in a revised estimate or addendum. The Client will be explicitly informed of any cost implications before implementation.
• Approval Timelines: To ensure flawless execution, major design and logistical changes must be approved within the deadlines specified in the project timeline (typically no later than 60 days prior to the event). Last-minute changes cannot be guaranteed and may incur rush fees.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation Policy: Either party may terminate the contract under the specific conditions and notice periods outlined in the individual Service Agreement. Cancellations must be communicated in writing via certified email or registered mail.
• Applicable Penalties: Because luxury wedding planning involves securing exclusive dates, extensive advance labor, and dedicated focus, the initial retainer and any milestone payments executed for services rendered to LUXURY WEDDING SICILY by AGNES EDITH are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations made close to the event date will incur cancellation fees proportional to the proximity of the wedding day, covering lost business opportunities and administrative allocation.
• Third-Party Supplier Payments: The Client enters into independent contractual agreements directly with third-party vendors and venues. The Company does not collect or hold vendor payments; consequently, any payments made directly by the Client to third-party suppliers or venues are subject strictly to the individual cancellation and refund policies of those respective entities.

Force Majeure

• Unforeseen Events: Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling their obligations under the contract if such failure arises from acts of God, natural disasters, severe weather emergencies, pandemics, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, strikes, or any other extraordinary circumstance strictly beyond the reasonable control of the affected party (Force Majeure).
• Emergency Management: In the event of a Force Majeure occurrence, LUXURY WEDDING SICILY by AGNES EDITH will work diligently with the Client and suppliers to reschedule the event or mitigate losses. Additional administrative or rescheduling fees may apply, and non-recoverable third-party expenses already incurred will remain the responsibility of the Client.

Limitation of Liability

• Company Liability: LUXURY WEDDING SICILY by AGNES EDITH acts as an agent, coordinator, and designer. Our total aggregate liability for any direct loss or damage arising out of our services shall be strictly limited to the total planning and design fees actually paid by the Client to the Company under the relevant contract.
• Third-Party Suppliers: While we carefully vet and recommend elite suppliers from our core network, third-party vendors and venues (venues, caterers, musicians, florists) operate as independent contractors. LUXURY WEDDING SICILY by AGNES EDITH assumes no direct liability for the performance, default, negligence, or breach of contract of any third-party supplier or venue.
• Client Information: The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all information, guest lists, dietary requirements, and legal documentation provided to the Company. We disclaim liability for any errors or delays arising from inaccurate Client data.

Intellectual Property

• Website Copyright: All text, graphics, logos, layouts, and software code on this website are the exclusive property of LUXURY WEDDING SICILY by AGNES EDITH and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.
